This is a retrospective cohort study. The main objective of this study is to address the issue of first and second degree family history breast cancer and its relationship with diminished ovarian reserve and eventually poor ovarian response to controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.

The selected cohort of patients are those with no known personal history of cancer managed only at the American University of Beirut Medical Center’s Assisted Conception Unit, who underwent fertility treatment due to poor ovarian reserve (AMH <1.1 ng/ml) under the age of 40 in the past 9 years will be included.

Purposing sampling.

- Age: under 40 years in the past 9 years
