This is a cross-sectional study. The main objective of this study is to measure the parental attitudes toward fertility preservation and analyze the ethical issues in oocyte cryopreservation for adolescent female cancer survivors.

Parents of all girls presenting to the American University of Beirut Medical Center for treatment from January 2018 to September 2018, at the Saint-Jude center, a tertiary center for the treatment of childhood cancer, are included in this study.

Purposing sampling.

o   Parents of pubertal children (11-12 to 20 years)

o   Children who received or receiving treatment, for a malignancy: treatment defined as surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or any combination of these.

o   Parents of male adolescents

o   Patients with end-stage disease (the survey would be emotionally traumatic for this group of patients)
