Our study aims to find a correlation between WPS and the development of bladder cancer. Moreover, we will calculate the prevalence of exclusive waterpipe smokers among those with bladder cancer .This would give us an idea about WPS practices of bladder cancer patients to prepare for future studies addressing the association between these two variables. Moreover, answering this research question influences prevention policies and might have an effect on changing the perceptions of those who think it is safe to smoke waterpipe. This study will be the first in Lebanon and the region to tackle a possible link between WPS and an important cause of morbidity (bladder cancer).
