The main objective of this study is to evaluate the prevalence and risk factors of burnout among oncologists across Lebanon, as well as the important role of support programs to prevent it.
All Lebanese oncologists (fellows and attendings), currently working in a Lebanese hospital will be eligible to participate in this study.
Observation/elective/exchange students and guest speaker attending from medical schools or working outside Lebanon should not participate in the study.
