Inclusion Criteria

ASA I—III patients scheduled for transurethral resection of prostate or bladder tumors under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

treatment with a-adrenergic antagonists,history of arrhythmias, labile hypertension or an absolute contraindication for spinal anesthesia
