A registry of all new patients at the AUBMC Child Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic. Patients and parents are asked to fill out basic demographic information, clinical information, and scales screening for child and adolescent psychiatric disorders. After they are seen by the clinician the diagnosis and subsequent recommended tests and follow up procedures are also recorded.


This registry will include children and adolescents aged 4 to 17 who present to the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry private clinic AUBMC for their first visit.
