Aims:

To determine if there is an improvement in the radiology turnaround time (TAT), defined from order of imaging to time at which imaging is to begin (study time), pre and post introduction of a dedicated ED radiology transporter.

This study does not involved direct interaction with patients, or access to patient data that is identified.

This study aims to utilize de-identified data pre-collected by the emergency department at AUBMC that records time of radiological test order (in the ED) to study time (at radiology). It is the difference in time pre and post intervention (introduction of dedicated ED transporter) that will be measured to determine the effect on radiology TAT.
