Other: Describe in Detailed Description
to determine the rate of cancer among diabetic patients in a single diabetic clinic ( that of Dr.Sami Azar) over 1 y period (from September 2013 till September 2014), as well as the most common type of cancer associated with diabetes in this study group, the possible risk factors associated and the role of metabolic syndrome in favoring one type of cancer over the other.

Study Description

Population Description

Medical charts of all diabetic patients who were seen in the clinic during the study period (September 2013 till September 2014) will be reviewed. No exclusion criteria will be applied.
